When you call us, text us, or use the "Text it to us" form on this site (it opens your own messaging app; the site itself does not send or store what you type), we get:

• your phone number and your name, if you give it;
• what you need done and the address of the job;
• any photos or details you send us.

How we use it

To answer you, tell you the price, set a time, do the work, send you updates about your job, and keep records for invoices and taxes.

Text messages

If you text us or ask us to text you, we reply by text about your request: the price, when we will arrive, job updates and receipts. How many messages you get depends on your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop getting texts, or HELP for help. The full texting terms are in our Terms.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our phone, texting and customer records and host this website, only so they can do that work for us, or when the law requires it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

This website

This site has no ad trackers or analytics cookies. It remembers, in your own browser only, whether you turned the sound on. Our website host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep job records as long as we need them for the work, the invoice and taxes. To see, correct or delete what we have about you, call or text us at (219) 533-7625, email admin@northstarlocksmith.us, or write to the address above.

Children

Our services and this site are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
